Project Special Call for Researchers in the Earthquake Zone

Dear Researchers/Scholars

By saying, “for everything in this world, for civilization, for life, for success, the truest guide is science,” Atatürk emphasizes the importance of knowledge to find the right path. For that reason, as Atatürk Supreme Council for Culture, Language and History, we carry out research in the field of social sciences to understand the challenges faced by our society and to produce solutions. We aim to carry out and ensure original scientific research on the Turkish language, history, and culture, and Atatürk and his work, within the integrity of social sciences and humanities.

Recently, natural disasters such as earthquakes and floods in particular regions of our country have deeply affected many of our people’s lives, jobs, and studies. Therefore, we are launching a Project Special Call for Researchers in the Earthquake Zone. This call is for researchers working in the field of social sciences in the region. Applications will be received through the Scientific Project Application System (PROSIS) at https://giris.ayk.gov.tr/ , from March 31, 2023 until December 31, 2023.
